Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached ( if product was accepted as refund 75% of the product price will be given to customer on normal cases of ordinary refund )

Although The decision on refund will vary on case to case basis and there will be certain criteria’s for that:

1- Dead on arrival: You may return any new item purchased from bonhealthshop.com that is “dead on arrival,” arrives in damaged condition, or is still in unopened boxes, for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.(100% Refund )

2- Fresh Products Refund / Exchange: To be refunded within 24hrs, in presence of original receipt, in the original condition without any use or missing volume of the item, ex: (not eaten, not cooked or used by any ways)

RETURN & REFUND PROCESS

Any refund process can be done through sending us a refund request at messages form in ( Contact Us ) page in our website or through our website chat, according to the case and it's conditions we will accept your refund or accept it and then will contact you and send our delivery to complete the refund process if it was accepted After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least four (4) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by when your return has been processed.
